What are you downloading? Is it something you're downloading from the Web using your browser? Why can't you simply cancel it? Please provide more details.

    Hi Corazon,

I create PDF's in a program on my pc which then goes online to validate these before the pdf is shown. Normally view and track would appear briefly then the pdf would open.

I have never had a problem in the past but the other day one of these got stuck in view and track and now just says resuming but it never does. This seems to be preventing me from looking at other pdf created in the same way afterwards.

I cant do anyhting with it in view and track and it wont clear when I click the button for this. I have deleted the file from C and redone the pdf again but it still didnt work.

I just want to force view and track to delete, ignore this file etc so i can open later ones created in the same way. Dont really want to reinstall IE as will have to go through all login's, passwords etc.

    thanks

Is there a support forum or knowledge base for this specific program that's giving you trouble? Also I'm unsure how IE relates to it, since you mention you don't want to reinstall it - I don't quite see why you would need to.

    Hi

It not a problme of the program as I have been using it again today and now its says resuming download from a pdf I created yesterday.

So annoying this view and track **** and can see quite a few other posts relating to this on here.

Might just get rid of it and switch to a different browser but that in itself is annoying being forced to move because of a completely usless add on

If this View and Track is an add-on in your browser, you should just be able to disable it...or I am really getting confused as to what it is you're using...

    Hi Corazon,

Dont worry spending you time on this, I'll try a different browser.

    Thanks
