New Acer Laptop, unable to install IE8
I just bought a new Acer Laptop that came with IE9. I hate IE9 and I am trying to get IE8 on it.
I can't seem to find a link to download IE8 for Windows 7 64 bit, so I tried selecting a different 64 bit OS and after the file finished downloaded I am getting a message "Internet Explorer 8 is not supported on this operating system".
But I do have another Laptop (HP) with same operating system on it and I have IE8 on it.
Can someone explain what's going on?
OK, sorry guys. Just found an update for IE9, once I removed it I was back to IE8. Thank you!
