Slow video loads
I have a been using Windows 7 home for about two years now. I have Att DSL internet and live in a rural area of texas. I don't know how legible the speedtest.net test really is but i took it and this were my results.
Internet pages load at decent speeds. The problem is with loading videos, 4 minute youtube video sometmes take up to 10 mn to load. I deleted all history, cookies, cache and it somewhat helped. I made sure I have the latest flash player as well. I can watch about 2 minutes of a video before it stops playing and has to buffer. I dont understand how I can watch full Netflix shows without buffering but youtube does? Does this have to do with youtube, my computer, or my nternet provder?
Any help will be very much appreciated
