Windows 7: What are most of you using for Mail Application

Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate: x64 (SP1)
 
 

I used to go with the browser because I have Gmail, but I'd definitely recommend Thunderbird if you're a Firefox user. If you like Microsoft and their provided software go with Windows Live Mail.
If you download Messenger, it comes with the Windows Essentials package, where the Windows Live Mail is included.

Definitely something to consider.

I have two web-based emails....a Yahoo one and a Gmail. So you'd recommend Thunderbird for a FF user(which I am)....why is that?

I tried to install a program which i made using visual basic 2008 but there was an error that said "application cannot be started. contact the application vendor" can anyone help am just a beginner

I disabled application info and application update in services.msc
And now I am so screwed. I can't even open services.msc, I can't install an update, I can't run updates and I can't re enable anything because I can't get into services to do it. Please don't say system restore because I disabled it. If you say get a mac, then yes, I agree!:D
