    New computer won't play Windows how to videos


    When I try to run the how to videos on the Microsoft site it says I have to download Silverlight, after that it says it's not compatabile with 64 bit system.

    I tried un-installing Silverlight and re-installing but it does not help.

    Hello Wagggg, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    There is currently only a 32-bit Silverlight available that you can only use in the 32-bit IE in Windows 7 64-bit.

    Did you also install Adobe Flash Player? It supports both 32-bit and 64-bit IE now.

    If not, install it and see if the videos will play afterwards. :)
