download interrupted

hi ummmm im using internet explorer 9 and everytime i download something it says "This download was interrupted".

any suggestion hwo to fix it?
internet is working fine

also i cant uninstall the 3mark06
"an error (-5005 : 0x800700002) has accured while running the setup

Try resetting IE to default and then re-download again and see if it takes.

i did like you told me, i reset my IE still interrupted, im trying to download the update for my kaspersky at their website but im getting the same result interrupted, i tired other file to download but still same result interrupted.

and also uninstalling 3dmark06. i think why its causing this cause i use the restoration point, and i think some files messed up. please help
