Running Firefox and windows 7 and having flash issues

on my computer i can view flash videos on sites such as Hulu and Youtube and Newgrounds. BUT i can't view flash on other sites. for example on southparkstudios i get the load symbol and then nothing. its just a black screen. also on adultswim(cartoonnetworks late night programming NOT porn), its a black screen and the boarders are flashing(the boarders are where the full screen, play, etc.. are)
this is very strange and i don't understand why. does it have to do with the program files and program files x86 folders? any information or suggestions will be welcome

    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

Have you considered using a different browser?

I'm using the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer 9 with the 64-bit version of Adobe Flash Player without any problems.

Open the control panel/flash player & check the settings. Make sure update is on. Also try 'delete all' in the advanced section.

I have tried google chrome and IE. i'm not sure what to do. if its not the browser then i'm guessing it has to be the plugin or maybe there is some firewall that won't allow it. i have no clue

I also saw a post a couple years old where a similar problem cleared up changing the router.
