I would like to email a word document exactly as displayed on screen using the 'send to recipient' icon to open the email client. I can do this on my desktop using XP Pro.
The icon is greyed out on my laptop so I am unable to open the email programme directly from Word. I came across a reference to this recently but was unable to take note of the instructions. According to the article Windows 7 did not have the required files(which were in previous versions of windows) and had to be installed manually.
One of the files had 'agent' in the name but i am unable to remember the rest.
I hope this may jog someones memory.
