    Show Menu in IE 9

A friend of mine has a Presario CQ61 laptop with 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium.

It has multiple problems (ran without an antivirus for several months) and (I think it has a bad keyboard as multiple keys do not work).

I managed to restore the laptop to factory conditions and have installed all the important updates including IE9.

For the life of me in IE 9 I can NOT get the Menu to show.

    I went to this tutorial:

Internet Explorer - Turn Menu Bar Always On or Off

and downloaded the Allow_IE_Menu_Bar_to_be_Turned_On_or_Off.reg file to the desktop then

Right clicked on the downloaded .reg file and click on Merge.
Clicked on Run, Continue (UAC-Vista) or Yes (UAC-Windows 7), Yes, and OK when prompted.

    Restarted the computer to apply.

This is where I get lost. How do I get the Menu to show in IE9 now??

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Right click the Tab bar at the right of the tabs at the top of the browser.
