I have recently purchsed a new samsung pc but when I have multiple windows open on IE9 the computer from time to time randomly goes to a blue screen. Is there an issue here?

    welcome to the forum :)

Firstly we need to determine the cause of the BSOD so you need to upload a few things first.

if you follow the instructions https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

and post the zip file the cause of the BSOD will become apparent. Also fill your computers spec in the left hand side of the post.

    * Follow the good advice given by badger906 if you are getting BSOD's.

    * Please list ALL your current Security Software.

    * Did your new computer come with a preinstalled Anti Virus?

    * Is so how did you remove it from your system?

    * Have you checked in Event Viewer?
    Type eventvwr in search.
Go to the Windows Logs > Application / System > in the left hand column.
Note anything in red that relates to the problem you currently experience.
Please record the event ID, and the Source Code and tell us what they are.
