I have calibration issues only in IE9

    Have you tried firefox browser to see
    if you have the same problem?

    yes, i have two other computers with mouses and keyboards. I tried them all and it didn't help. My computer is a gateway. I have calibration issues only in IE9-device-manager.jpg

    uh sory for the repeats, i didn't see the second page :P it only happens in IE9

    ITS FIXED YES. I clicked ALT, then a toolbar

    ITS FIXED YES!, WHEN I clicked ALT, a menu bar appeared under the adress bar. I pressed view and the second last item, Panning hand was checked. I unchecked it and YAY its fixed
