    Trying to change font and size for incoming and outgoing email, no luck so far .

    My crystal ball is in for service at the moment.
    Can you tell us which version of Office Outlook you refer to?

    It would also enable us to help you in a more efficient way if you would fill in your System Specs.

    As JMH says, we don't know which version of Outlook you're using.

    I recently updated my hardware, Dell 8300, am using Windows 7, and the Office version is "Professional." I can change each individual message, but I want to make a permanent change for the font and print size on all outgoing messages, not simply enlarge print size on all screens.

    Here goes:

    Open Outlook>File>Options>Mail>Stationery & Fonts>Personal Stationery>Font
