Importing address book in Outlook 2007

I just installed Outlook 2007. I have 2 problems. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. I can't import my address book from Windows Live, Hotmail or Gmail. I have searched and can find only the opposite (to export). I have exported from Windows Live,Hotmail and Gmail, but they are different and won't work. The other problem is I can't change the stationary. It is grayed out and says no other themes installed. I reinstalled the themes and put in the extras. I have folders named stationary that has files in them. you can click on them and see them. I can't find a way to tell the program where they are. Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks, Clint

Thanks, I didn't know another box would come up after selecting files. It did import them somewhat. It only imported the addresses, and not the names. The names were half the address. I had to edit every one of the 84. But that was better than re typing all of them. That took care of one issue. Now I have another. They only show up in contacts, not in the Address book. When I tell it to show contacts it says it is empty. Any thoughts. Still can't change stationary either. It has been a challenge.

    Thanks, Clint

Thanks, I tried all those. None worked. I even did another repair install. I read in one of those links that it couldn't be done. I believe it. It did do one thing though. It made Outlook my default mail program that I didn't want. and it wasn't checked. Luckily when I started Windows Live, It ask me if I wanted W/L to be my default, I said yes. Now every thing is back to normal.
