Hello
I am having some issuse when going in emails or when trying to open bank statements the bar comes up on the bottom of the screen and ask to open or save and no matter which one i choose the view and track download window comes up and beside the file name it says open or save and when i click open nothing happens the window kinda blinks but everything stays up on the window if i hit save the window stays up and identical file name appears so now there is two of the same. Nothing happens and if i go to my download file on my computer the files name are there and just the IE icon beside it. If i click on it it just goes back to the view and track downloads. I am so frusterated. Please Help.
