Windows 7
cannot delete imported email certificates

I imported some user email certificates in the IE preferences ("Other People" tab in Properties>Content>Certificates).

Now I want to delete them but I get the message "you do not have the prmission to delete some or all of the selected certificates". I am logged in as admin.

What's wrong ?
