How do I change the size of the Icons in the Command bar

I can change the size of the text but not the Icons. I would like to make them larger. I have IE-9 and Win 7 SP-1 Home Premium 64-bit.

Thanks, Clint

Thanks,That helped. I would like them to be a little bigger. It also changed the top bar with the house, star and gear icons. What I wanted was the home, print, print preview, read mail etc icons to be bigger.
