    I've being having this problem recently. I use Chrome which has Flash built in, tried IE9 and FF all with the same problem. I came across this on the adobe forum and it seems to have done the job. (Hopefully it's a permanent fix!)

    Adobe Forums: Youtube/flash problems on windows 7 with firefox/google chrome.
