IE 8 Not loading pages properly I think its Flash that is causing it?

    In my control panel I have an item called "Flash Player" with no version number. I have to click on it and go to the "Advanced Tab" to see the current version installed, showing the complete version number. Adobe's uninstall tool that I mentioned should uninstall everything. I would not mess with the control panel directly for changing what is listed in in.

    run ie as administrator or give the flash plugin rights to run as administrator in ie options...

I've been wrestling with this problem a while now and none of the solutions I've found so far has worked. I'm having problems with IE 11 & Firefox 27.0 displaying web pages properly. Some web pages are not loading properly. Some are OK, some are not. For example, one newspaper is fine, another is not. The layouts are very basic and not readable. See example below. 228485 Any help would be gratefully welcome.
