IE 8 Not loading pages properly I think its Flash that is causing it?

    In my control panel I have an item called "Flash Player" with no version number. I have to click on it and go to the "Advanced Tab" to see the current version installed, showing the complete version number. Adobe's uninstall tool that I mentioned should uninstall everything. I would not mess with the control panel directly for changing what is listed in in.

    run ie as administrator or give the flash plugin rights to run as administrator in ie options...
