No access to the network Google Chrome

Hi I got This Problem when i start Google Chrome it says:
Quote:
No access to the network
This may be caused by your firewall or antivirus software wrongly believe that Google Chrome does not belong on your computer, so the internet is blocked.
Here are some suggestions:
Add Google Chrome as a permitted program to the settings of your firewall or antivirus software. If this is an authorized program, you can delete it from the list of allowed programs and re-add it.
Error 138 (net:: ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED): Can not access the network.
some one said i needed 2 download

Have a look at this Google Chrome forum thread.

Seems it is caused by your firewall settings and third-party anti-virus programs.
