Reset IE. Click the tools icon in the upper right hand corner for internet options, then click the advanced tab, click the reset tab.

    Hi there
try uninstalling IE9 and reverting back to IE8.
Browse a few sites, check things like flash or whatever plugins you want are working.

    Then try re-installing IE9 again.

    Cheers

Next thing would be to check your system for any and all malware, spyware and adware, full scans....these can from time to time dork up software. Also run your AV software...full scan.

Your Internet Explorer needs to be reinstalled.

    You have two options
1- Downgrade your Intenret Explorer to a lower version and reinstall the Internet Explorer
2- Download the Higher Version of Internet Explorer and Implement the setup file

Remember In both cases for installing Internet Explorer, while installing Internet Explorer you should disconnect your computer from Internet.
