Very good find Roderunner. That should help the OP.
To be sure you are clean I recommend.
After you computer is clean their still might be problem that all those virus caused and were not fixed by removing the virus. Trying to fix a computer is a waste of time until it is a clean system.
If possible could you let us know what virus you had.
It is very helpful if you let us know what steps you followed and the results.
