Outlook express wont work with windows 7: bought new compter

    Browneyes, I'd recommend my link if you want to import your Outlook Express archives. And yes, it will allow you multiple accounts as either POP/SMTP or IMAP... :)

    You don't have to use Windows Live Mail unless that is your choice. I found it hopeless.

    You may have another opinion. I want simple and the least complications possible.


    Importing email from another application is always a shaky proposition. Sometime it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

    All you can do is experiment with the various choices, subject to your own frustration level.

    Rather then importing I always leave archives on the server; then I can just reset the POP server and download the whole lot afresh into a new eMail client - much less tricky... :)

    why wouldn't it work, it works for me.
    try this then Download Windows Live Messenger 2009 (14.0.8117) - FileHippo.com gives you various options, but chose the one you want. mail, messenger,etc.

    ps. @Qdos i meant windows live messenger 15 emos suck
