Chrome hack to keep the "Find..." search box visible all the time?

Minor annoyance turned into a major one because I'm anal like that. Is there a way to keep the "Find" search box down all the time in Chrome when you're searching for a word/phrase/etc.? If I go to another web page the search box closes, then I gotta open it again. Really ticks me off.

I doubt it, the find search closing when you leave the page or focus anywhere else seems the logical way.
If it stayed open it would be annoying to me.

Well, isn't it peachy that people like different things? If you're heavy into research the open box is helpful. It stays open in FF all the time, but I never use FF any more.

Options>extensions >extensions>accessibility>..find as you type
