Windows 7 - Firefox is not responding Windows 7 ApphangB1

Hi,

Around once a week, Firefox freezes (sometimes when I'm away and sometimes when I'm using it) and Windows returns an ApphangB1 error on my laptop. I also occasionally see an ApphangB1 error when using Word and Explorer. Any thoughts? Thanks!
