Windows 7 - 403 Forbidden

| | 403 Forbidden I am trying to access a couple of DVD purchasing sites namely Easydvdmart and idealdvdmart but continually get the follow message: You don't have permission to access / on this server. | | Thanks A Guy but no luck .. I reset IE and still cannot access the sites. I also tried using the web proxy you linked me to again no luck .. no idea what the problem is. I just tried on my wife's computer and same problem there ... beginning to think it is my ISP but cannot figure why they would block those sites. |

| | It does sound like an ISP issue. Why they would block a legit DVD site is beyond me. Usually you can bypass with a proxy. A Guy |

| | You could try turning off the Windows Firewall and the one in your router, temporarily. |
