Windows 7 - 403 Forbidden

403 Forbidden

I am trying to access a couple of DVD purchasing sites namely Easydvdmart and idealdvdmart but continually get the follow message:

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Any ideas why? I have tried using IE9 and Firefox and both give the same result.

Cheers

I'd try resetting IE 1st

Internet Explorer - Reset

See if you can access those sites using a web proxy

Thanks A Guy but no luck .. I reset IE and still cannot access the sites. I also tried using the web proxy you linked me to again no luck .. no idea what the problem is. I just tried on my wife's computer and same problem there ... beginning to think it is my ISP but cannot figure why they would block those sites.

It does sound like an ISP issue. Why they would block a legit DVD site is beyond me. Usually you can bypass with a proxy. A Guy

You could try turning off the Windows Firewall and the one in your router, temporarily.
