| | It sounds like both programs are using the windows default "New Mail Notification" sound as set in the control panel sound settings. You can change the sound there but then it will change for both programs. Any program that plays that stock sound will sound the same. | | Of course.... ....I knew that I could change the default sound in Thunderbird but obviously wasn't thinking clearly. If I change the default system sound then Live Mail should use that and T'bird the other. Many thanks for the lateral thinking! (and Happy Australia Day!) |
