| | PaleMoon running in taskman, but no window in taskbar ... I was transferring a large volume of files between 2 USB3 external hard drives. While waiting, I decided to connect to internet, which "succeeded". Then I ran PaleMoon 64 and expected the browser window to open. When it didn't, I checked taskman and found the PaleMoon process "running" without CPU activity. Two explorer processes were running for the file transfers. The taskbar which has PaleMoon pinned showed no PaleMoon window minimised. After backtracking and closing PaleMoon and internet connection, I found the file transfers had froze. Fortunately, no files were lost. The memory usage in taskman was 30% of 8gb. What do you think happened that caused the anomalies? |
