Links in Windows Live Mail

I recently began using Windows Live Mail. Any URLs contained in messages are not live links. Where is the option that I turn on for making URLs in messages live?

This is the desktop Live mail?
If so, have a look in the options. (Click the small blue icon, top left and Options is in the drop down).
In options, click "Safety options"
Click "Security"
Examine the options there. You may need to downgrade a little. IE. UNtick "Do not allow ...etc and "Block images...etc.
