Can't visit a certain site I can't visit this site: maplestory.nexon.net(pretty nice game btw)
However I am able to visit the site when i use a proxy. I know I'm not banned because I'm still on the rankings. Might be a possible outcome of what happened to me earlier. Problems in my computer - Windows 7 Forums

Try clearing your DNS cache
Open an advanced command prompt
Start> In search box type cmd> Right click on cmd.exe in results above and choose Run as administrator
Type in the following, followed by enter for each
ipconfig /flushdns
Enter
ipconfig /release
Enter
ipconfig /renew
Enter
See if that helps.
And yes, do update your FF, that version is insecure.

Hmmm, do you have a cookie set for logging in? Try clearing the cookie for that site, andclearing your cache, then try it again. If clearing dns did the trick, then your ISP shouldn't be blocking it, which was indicated by the proxy working there. You might try booting to safe mode with networking to see if that works ok. If so, a clean start to see if something is interfering with it might help. Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
