Search Engine "Filter Bubbling"?????

Has anybody heard of Search Engines using "Filter Bubbling"? Apparently it has something to do with "filtering" search results to prevent people from getting all the relevent information that they searched for.

I normally use Scroogle.org (NOTE: NOT Scroogle.COM, which is a porn site) as my search engine, because they destroy search requests every 24 hrs (UNlike Google which stores search requests for Years & freely supplys them to the FBI!!!).

I read that GoDuckGo.com search engine does not use Filter Bubbling OR store search requests. But before I switch search engines, I need to learn more about this "Filter Bubbling".

Should not be a problem for most of us but if you never delete your cookies & browsing history & search for & visit sites to do with Heamaroid cream a lot it could be a problem.
