Win 7 Pro x64 fonts messed up

I have quite a few custom fonts on my computer, I have a feeling I may have downloaded one that screwed up some basic fonts.

When I visit certain pages, such as ThePostGame the main content text has a very weird font.

See attachment - happens in FF and IE.

I've copied fonts from another win 7 pro computer and overwrote the fonts on this computer. Restarted, etc.. no change.

I haven't installed anything recently that could have messed with the fonts, so I'm not sure what's up. Any ideas? I really don't want to have to do a system restore, but I'm afraid that may be the only option.

Have a look at this article, which may help you.

You could also try a system restore to a point before you installed any new fonts.

I really prefer not to do a system restore, as I'm not sure what else would change.

I tried a couple things in that article and still could not get it working. I may just delete all my fonts, import a fresh batch, and then slowly add the custom fonts.
