Windows 7 - Importing and exporting messages between Outlook and Windows Live Mail

For the longest time I have been searching for a way to move my messages from Outlook 2003 to Windows Live Mail without success. Finally, my sometimes slow working brain realized that both programs could access my hotmail email. A very easy solution to this problem is to:

1. Create a hotmail account and link both programs to that account.
2. Create a temporary folder in your hotmail account
3. Open the program that holds the messages you need to move and move those messages into the temp folder in the hotmail account.
4. Open the program that you want the messages moved to and move the messages from the temporary folder in your hotmail account to that email program.

Easy!
