Viewing animated gifs with IE9+zoom
I am always using the zoom function of IE
However it can't display most animated gifs correctly. There are bordes remaining on the screen. These borders disappear if I set zoom to 100% but they are there if I use 95% or below and 105% or higher. Is this a known bug of Internet Explorer?
