    Welcome to "nginx"

I am trying to log onto andr.net and for 4 days now all I get is a white screen with "Welcome to nginx!" at the top and nothing else. I am using IE9 and have a fresh install of Windows 7 x 64.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

It's working my end with firefox. Try cleaning up all the temp files & history in IE & see how that goes.

I think he means forum.andr.net. That is the page that goes to the Welcome to nginx! page.

Has been now for about a week.

down or is it just me?

Some big sites use Nginx, so it's likely the forum is having some issues.

Ooops, now showing as up, but with the Welcome to...page. Must be having host issues.

It's a shame really because it had one of the the best freeware forums on the internet. People were very diligent about posting updates to various programs.

Sure the "other" stuff was great to, but that freeware forum was simply awesome.

Anyone know of a good alternative to that forum?

yes it's been down for long than usual. I agree on the freeware page. The whole site is great. They have a nice portable application section as well. They always have great computer CD or flash drive boot tools that I love checking out.

I hope it returns soon. I'm not sure anything compares to that site, I'm afraid

Neowin used to have a great freeware section and a portable section, but now the "news" is posted in so many categories it is lost...

Do you have a suitable recommendation for Andr? Anything that is kept somewhat up to date would suffice.
