Script Errors
Hi,
I frequently receive the script error: "Done, but with errors on page" on the status bar of few websites. How can I fix this?
Thanks

Hi there
Open up control panel, click on Network and Internet, and go to Internet Options to open up the properties box, click on the 'Advanced' tab. Scroll down and and See if the option 'Display a notification about every script error' is checked or unchecked. If it is checked remove the tick, click on apply, then click OK and then restart Explorer. See if this cures the problem.
I think these are basically programming errors within the actual web page, so there's nothing you can do as a user to actually fix the underlying problem. If the web page seems to function correctly, and the messages appear unobtrusively in the browser status bar (rather than an annoying pop-up window), then you can simply ignore them. If the website does not function correctly, then I think all you can do is contact the site owners ... or try a different browser.
@Cookieman: This would just stop notifying me of the script error but would not solve the actual problem.
@Matt1: Microsoft has a webpage specifically for these errors:

Question: How can I be sure that the webpage that I am viewing is exactly how its meant to be viewed?
