Ok ...I've now installed I E 8 on my pc.. all is well so far.
I did make sure ... InPrivate Filtering is turned ON.:)
So if by "all is well" you mean the QVC problem is gone, what fixed it? (You're using IE8 as you were when the problem started.)
Ron so sorry I've not replied sooner..
NO, it isn't solved .. I'm still having the same issue see below in a newer post / screen shot of the problem.
Thanks again for your help and reply.:)

I'm unfamiliar with this "optimized" IE8. Is MSN your isp? This sounds like the MSN Explorer that MSN provides along with their software. In any case, since your QVC problem began after installing the optimized version, it seems likely it has some settings preconfigured that QVC is having issues with.

You might try resetting IE to default settings, although that may remove the "optimization". Have a look here and you can either use the Fixit (easier), or do it manually.

How to reset Internet Explorer settings

You may find it easier to install Opera (my preference) or Chrome, or Firefox, and use that for QVC only

A Guy No .. my ISP is sbcgobal.net.
I have used the link you provided.. I've read it all... on the page.
Will this ruin my router settings to do a resetting of IE ?

Is there just a plain IE 8.. without this optomized part ?

What if I un-install IE 8 optomized browser go back to IE 7 ?
I'm very greatful for your help.
    Thanks

Sure there is a "normal" IE8

Download: Windows Internet Explorer 8 for Windows XP - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

May I ask, where did you get this optimized version? Is it possible it is just normal IE8, and it was just touted as being optimized for bing and msn?

A Guy I think I recall downloading this IE 8 Optomized browser from my Msn home page.
Yes you could be right.. I still think it's what's giving me problems with my mail, from W7F, and my QVC account.
    TY for your replies..

Ahhh, yes, MSN offers their own browser as well as software for people that use them as their isp. It's possible that it's optimized settings are what's causing you problems. You can try resetting it, going back to IE7, downloading the "regular" version (which may say you already have IE8). Let me know if you need any help in what you decide. A Guy
