    Problem with Outlook 2010

I am not a newbie and should know better, but I have forgotten my password for Windows Live Mail (should have wrote it down). I had the reset link sent from Microsoft Support to my Outlook 2010 account I get a message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator" (that would be me). I have never encountered this message before, and would appreciated any assistance you could provide. Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to Seven Forums.

Do a Google for "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer" (without the quotes).

You will get a lot of hits that may help you.

    Hope this helps,
    David

Thanks David for you quick response. I reconfigured my ISP for email client and that seemed to take care of my problem. All is good.
