How do I get rid of that blue arrow everytime I select text?

Did a search for 'blue arrow' in browsers and mail, but didnt see anything.

I have Windows 7 Ult, and IE8. Everytime I select text, I get this little blue arrow which I fine highly annoying. Figuring it was an accelerator, I went to manage add-ons > accelerators, and all accelerators are disabled. Didn't see anything that would relate to that arrow, anyway.

Any idea where I should look?

Thanks!
