I have Windows 7 and over 1,600 emails, half of which I don't need. How do I do a bulk delete of addresses versus doing them one by one?? HELP!

Address book on what? Outlook Express? Office 2003-2010?

If its just your contacts then you should be able to select multiple contacts by holding the shift or control key and clicking on them.
