Google Chrome Recovery?

Im currently working through a problem in the customization thread to do with the logon screen but I restarted my computer. Came back on, all my google chrome bookmarks, pages, themes, extensions, everything! Was all gone. I never had the google chrome sharing thing set up so its not just like I was logged out. On a side note whenever I open google chrome now it dosnt show the page in the pinned part of the taskbar it opens up a whole new google chrome part in the task bar. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Greg
