Is Windows Live Mail as much of a PIA as I've been reading?

Hi to anyone who can help with WLM. I've got it set up, but can't seem to get the right server configuration for my incoming / outgoing. I have both personal and business emails through ATT and cannot really change them. Can anyone help me?
Also, I imported my contacts but only 1/2 of the 300+ contacts came over. I've repeated the process a couple times and the same 150 or so contacts comes. How do I get ALL of them

    Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

Rather than hijack an old thread, which is frowned on by the mods, you'll get a better response if you start your own thread. :)
