How delete all traces of user in Outlook 2010 so re-install is fresh

    How delete all traces of user in Outlook 2010 so re-install is fresh


    I found that if bad settings got entered when going into Outlook 2010 Pro (x32 option) for initial setup that sometimes I need to erase those things before re-installing. But, it remembers the previous user specific information and customizations after a re-install. How can I delete all that garbage so its a fresh install?

    Go to control panel Mail and create a new profile under ''profiles'' .
    Make sure you keep a back-up of your previous one though.

Hi there Be careful with IMAP and Outlook 2010 as the DELETE really does DELETE stuff off the server. In Outlook 2007 you got a line through the items and had to do EDIT==>PURGE to delete stuff off the server so be careful if you really DON'T want to physically delete mail from the server when...
