Windows 7: Moving menu Bar in IE9 to top

I did some search and tried some tweaks to moving the menu bar to the top of the browser, but no luck. Anyone else figured out a way? Thanks.

Hello Vendetta,

Unfortunately the way to do this in IE8 doesn't work in IE9.

However, the free program TweakIE9 claims to be able to do this, but I haven't tested it.

That didn't do the trick either. Wonder why on earth MS would limit that

I was afraid of that. It must have used the old IE8 trick, and was written when IE9 was still a beta or RC.

You think there's no other way to hack the menu bar to move it up? So used to having it on top which is where it should be in my opinion, it's annoying to have it below.

It's been disabled by Microsoft. I haven't seen anything that works in IE9 so far.

I'll just have to get use to it I guess, it just throws things off for me, but I give up for now.
