flash problems with some sites only

Thanks A Guy for your intrest. The three sites I have most problems with and use mostly are...

www.rte.ie/player/# When I hit the thumbnail a get a black background, but I can still see the heading and programme names etc, but no flash video.
www.rte.ie/radio/radioplayer/rteradiowebpage.html# can click on the station see everything but get no radio.
www.ros.ie/paye/launchPAYEanytime_en.html This one is most unusual I can actually play the Tour which is exactly the same as the main but i cannot access the main site I get a blank white screen I tries to open but fails.

Most all other sites I have no problem with. I have tried everything but nobody can give me a solution.

    Kind regards Deny3

Perhaps those sites only work with the 32-bit version of IE and Flash. That's what I'm using (with IE8) and they all work fine.
