Windows 7 x64 Ultimate SP1

A lot of users have reported this issue. One of the culprits is CCleaner. If you don't have the latest version, please update it.

I don't use CCleaner at all, so this is not the fix.
Defender is disabled.

I don't know what else to try??

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 retail

****, it did it again in my IE8. Every single username and password is "unknown" in IE8 now, in all the forums and sites I log into ... except my username in my homebank ?!?!?!

Is there still not a fix for this annoying thing? If Microsoft can make a complete Windows 7, why can't they fix this?

go to "Tools/Internet Options/GeneralTab/BrowsingHistory"
and change the configurations like on this image
