Just this one. I have been able to determine I see this behavior in Chrome only. FF and IE, not. If you google this deal, you'll see people have reported in for YEARS. I see the same comments going back to 07. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. |

This is, as you say, an ongoing problem. The common workaround is to change the user agent to show as another browser that does not exhibit this problem. How to Change Your Browser’s User Agent Without Installing Any Extensions - How-To Geek
I have also seen people report that they have had luck in changing their Hotmail password.

I'll try changing the password. How can a prob exist for 5 years in a program of this magnitude?
Also, I notice that when I have either FF or Chrome Hotmail page open, I'll see the tab refresh rapidly for awhile--up where the logo and name are. Typical? | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. |

Hotmail has always been buggy for me, I thing from when they linked it to messenger, even if you have messenger turned off. My emails always do a refresh jump. I have learned to wait if I want to copy something, until after the page jumps. BTW, this is apparently a Hotmail issue, not a browser issue. A Guy
