    Error Message

Often when I click on a bookmark, I'll get this error message. "This document has moved to a new location. Please update your documents to reflect the new location" Why is this happening and what can I do to prevent this? Thanks.

can I ask what browser you are using?

have you tried deleting the bookmark and then repeating the selection process? do you get an error message then?

bookmarks are found under, user account / favourites.

I use Firefox. Yes, I have tried deleting the bookmark and again bookmarking the site. It doesn't happen every time, nor to the same bookmark. And, get this: Occasionally, I'll click on a bookmark and the AT&T connection page will open. Any suggestions are welcome.

Welcome to seven forums djonesnac. The address you entered (192.168.1.254) is your router. That address is listed when you click on the word location, as in your post? It sounds like a router/isp issue. Is this a new router? A Guy

No, we've had the router for several years. There is also so much static on our landline that we cannot hear a conversation. Could that be related?

It well could. If you have that much static, then at the least your speed would suffer. The filters would filter out the phone signal, but not the underlying reason for the static. You need to have AT&T check their line. Assuming the problem isn't inside your home, and your responsibility. You could also query AT&T about your issue, as surely they have encountered it before.
