Windows 7: IE 8 and port 80 problem

Hello guys !
I have some crazy problem with port 80 . Everything was fine since last 5-6 days. When i try to connect to some pages i get this note on picture.
i tried every posible browser and same thing ! also tried disabling firewall and nothing ...problem is still here! this is only one of many pages that i cant load.

So.. Basically you're saying it just stopped working? You installed nothing? Downloaded nothing? Played around with any settings?

yeah !! i didnt do anything . i was finding solutions on internet for 3-4 days and i couldn find anything.

Just out of curiosity, what are the other sites that you are having problems with??

i cant remember anymore .... but it was 5-6 more when i was browsing . this are not pages that i browse often . i know that devianart was problematic to ( sometimes i couldnt eaven download anything from there - download started and one second after i get some note that page is offline or IE couldnt find her) , than satupload.biz ( that page is sometimes down ) and there are some 4-5 more pages. this footballshirt.com is always online and page is OK but for me not. That is realy strange problem!

Are you still unable to load these sites up?? You may want to try with a different browser and see if you still have problems.

i just tried to translate that webpage and i can get that basic look without pictures but cant get that nice look .....you know ...with pictures and all animations.
