    Google Chrome Auto-Login

I've been messing with the idea of switching to Google Chrome from Firefox. Lately, Firefox seems to constantly slow down videos on any website. Plus Chrome is just faster. One thing I don't like is Chrome doesn't auto-login to websites that I visit daily like forums. I also don't like that it saves my history (I know where I've been, I don't need anything clogging things up!). Is there anyway to have Chrome have me logged it as soon as I visit the site without having to go to the login screen, and not save my history. Firefox does that for me right now, and looks like this.

Hmm? I visit these forums every day and Chrome has not asked me for a login. Open up Chrome's Tools -> Settings -> Under the Hood, then at the topmost section (Privacy) click "Content Settings...", there are some cookie options in there.

No toggle for history, you'll have to clear the history manually every time. There may be a browser extension for that, though - I don't use extensions so I don't know.

That worked! I had to uncheck "Clear cookies and other site and plug-in data when I close my browser." However, the history still stays.

You could always use incognito mode. It doesn't save history then.
