Please help!!! I've tried resetting explorer it won't even reset all the way, I've tried troubleshooting and nothing, I've tried a system restore and it saids " system restore did not restore all of its files" I did notice that my anti-virus said some of my files were locked.. Any ideas anyone... Thank u sooooo much
